Production of foudres is at Cooperage Bacvarija SRNEC north of Croatia, produced from Slavonian or
Slovenian oak.
From 600 litres to 3000 litres as oval or round shaped designed foudres or cylindrical-conical fermentation
vats (cuves), including all necessary stainless steel equipment on customer’s demands.
Barrel capacities, equipment (including valves and threads) and toasting levels can be customised at any
time.
